WoPet Redesign

ux design

Pet owners rely on WOpet to stay connected with their automatic feeders. Main features include adjusting schedules, tweaking portions, and keeping tabs on their pets' habits. Despite its useful features, complaints around confusing navigation and a frustrating interface were piling up, making the experience even harder.

My team and I dove into what wasn't working, and redesigned the app from scratch with usability in mind. We identified the pain points driving those negative reviews, and rebuilt the interface with clearer navigation, a more intuitive flow, and interactions.

The result was a redesigned WOpet experience that felt less like wrestling with an app and more like a reliable tool that allows users to use the app with its intended purpose.

V8 Energy Ad Design

V8 Energy has built its reputation as the health-conscious alternative to typical energy drinks, but its audience skews older, leaving a younger demographic largely left out.

The goal of this project was to design an ad for a V8 product that expands the brand's consumer base without abandoning the brand's core identity. This resulted in creating something that feels fresh and energetic while still promoting V8's main vision.

PlateMate

ux design

PlateMate is an AI-powered meal planner and generator that assists college students simplify the cooking process by offering practical and convenient recipes despite limited tools, budget, and time.

For this class final project, we are designing high fidelity wireframes of an interactive mobile app that uses generative AI to suggest and customize recipes based on the user's actual availability, such as appliances, utensils, or ingredients. PlateMate is intended to eliminate the tedious parts of cooking by tracking what ingredients are already available, planning meals via the calendar feature, and automatically updating grocery lists based on recipes.
